we will also obviously go to our credit card company... but why on earth would you make someone jump through all of those hoops... rather than just issue a refund. This makes zero sense whatsoever.

I have sent a message to the site webmaster... as well as am prepared to go to all the complaint sites as well as the FTC. Your terms clearly outline that if a customer requests a refund FOR ANY REASON within 30 days that you will honor such refund. Very confused as to why you would make a big deal out of a simple refund request. Makes zero sense to me. So, we can resolve this simply... or we can turn this into a major ordeal. I prefer the simple path and you simply honor your own refund policy.
